Jules Mandel

Jules Mandel (they/them) is the Outreach and Advocacy Strategist for Texas Freedom Network. Originally from Dallas, they moved to Austin four years ago to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the Central Texas Food Bank, where they were part of Feeding Texas's Client Empowerment Corps. Jules then worked for six months as a field manager for Beto O'Rourke's 2018 Senate bid. Now at TFN, they use their skills in program development and community organizing to fight for a more equitable Texas.
