Griselda Rodriguez

Griselda Rodríguez (she/ella) is the Operations Manager for Deans for Impact, a non-profit that works to ensure that every beginning teacher is good on day one and on the path to become great over time.

Before joining Deans for Impact, she coordinated the largest annual event with an attendance of 11,000+ attendees in addition to other high-profile events at  Austin ISD, one of Texas's largest school districts. She also led the district's LGBTQ+ Affinity Group, which focused on supporting 129 campuses with tools for LGBTQ+ awareness and creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students.
