Jay Grey

Jay Jean Grey (they/them) is a queer, nonbinary, and trans people-loving professional dedicated to community, social justice, and self care. With ten years of nonprofit experience, Jay has a particular fondness for board management, all sides of development, and nonprofit management.

As Nonprofit Engagement Manager at Catchafire, Jean advises nonprofits on how to use the platform and taught them about hot topics in the industry. In addition to their external work, they provide internal trainings on gender inclusive language and created a transition plan guide for their team (with the support of their LGBTQIA2+ group).
